"Behold, children are a gift of the LORD; the fruit of the womb is a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, so are the children of one's youth. How blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them..." Psm 127

Homeschool Easter Project

We had a little homeschool get-to-gether last week. Most of it was pretty typical...eating hotdogs and chips, decorating eggs and the traditional Easter egg hunt. We did do a little craft, making little paper Easter baskets. Each child did one and we had a total of 12 baskets. Each was filled with "grass", a decorated egg and a piece of candy. Sunday morning the kids delivered the baskets to the Senior Adults ladies' Sunday School class! There were many "aaaw"s and "thanks you"s. The kids came out of the classroom beaming.

Ryan said, "Those ladies were so happy."
"How did that make you feel?"
"Really good." :)

  1. I love it when kiddos get to do the giving. They get to feel what it means to bless others. Looks they they had a blast too :)
